We’ve Helped Hundreds of Businesses
See the Bigger Picture

And Take Advantage of Exciting Growth Opportunities

“Partnering with RDA has been a transformative experience for my business. Their fresh perspective from an outsider’s point of view has been invaluable in steering my company towards growth.

Without RDA, I’d still be confined to a small-business mindset. Their involvement has propelled me into a new realm of thinking, one that aligns with the vision of a larger business. The most significant impact Nathan has made is helping me recognize where my true value lies within the business and how to allocate my time effectively.”

Ben Rijnbeek

“Escaping the shackles of being a 100-hour-a-week slave and constantly wrestling with challenges is a feeling beyond words. When business headaches pop up, RDA steps up as a dedicated problem-solver by your side. They share your vision for an efficient, effective business. Best of all, this pursuit of efficiency isn’t just about healthy margins – it’s about reclaiming time, and ultimately, freedom.”

Kolbi Whittaker

“Choosing to join forces with RDA stands as the most important decision I’ve ever made for my business. I shudder to think of the alternate reality if I hadn’t made that shift. Nathan has not only become a trusted advisor but a mentor. Our relationship has fostered this, but it’s also a testament to Nathan’s approach and the genuine investment he makes in his clients’ success.

Over the span of just 18 months, they’ve played an integral role in propelling our business to new heights.
The difference between where we were and where we are now is night and day. Without RDA, I’d still be navigating uncertain waters and buried under stress. The pursuits I cherish and the life I envision for myself would likely remain distant dreams, if they materialized at all.”

James Lamb BCom, CA

Accounting Integration Manager

Bio

For the past decade I’ve worked as an accountant, honing my skills and gaining experience in an ever-changing field. For the best part of that, I was based in Whyalla, where I had the chance to not only develop my technical expertise but also connect with local businesses and understand the unique challenges they face. I’ve always enjoyed the process of working closely with clients, identifying the issues they encounter, and finding solutions that can help them grow. This dynamic environment keeps me on my toes, as every day brings a new challenge and opportunity to learn, whether it’s from the numbers or the people I interact with. Outside of work, I stay active by playing football with a local club. It’s a great way to stay fit, but it also teaches valuable lessons in teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Much like in business, football requires collaboration and strategy, and I find that the skills I develop on the field often translate back into my professional life. Finding balance between my career and life outside of work is something I value greatly and use that to understand that people are more than just what they do.

Buster

Manager- First Impressions

Bio

Having been an office dog since I was 12 weeks old, I really love the office life. I get to meet a diverse range of people and be around people all day. I provide support at some strategic review meetings when there is no substitute for dog therapy. My key achievement is training a local postman to bring in a dog treat for me when he delivers the mail. He hasn’t worked out that I am too efficient with my energy to chase him. However, we both have a healthy respect for each other’s stereotypical roles. Outside of office life, I love the outdoors and am very fortunate to live close to the Adelaide Hills, which on a weekend I can be found claiming as my own.

Tony Iammarrone
BFin.M.Bus(Acc)GradDipCA

General Manager

Bio

My career in business services has been through six different professional services firms, all with a different but systematic approach to dealing with SMEs. I was director of one of those firms, which I founded in late 2010 and grew organically. Over time I have dealt with various issues for clients and in managing my own business including leasing, industrial relations, finance, and dispute resolution to name a few. I have learnt that a business owner needs to be consistent with their approach and always “on guard” for matters as and when they may arise.

I joined the RDA team in 2024 to assist in my areas of strength as detailed above. Outside of work I tutor at the Workers’ Educational Association of South Australia (WEA), and I also privately tutor to an array of students. I am also a personal and business mentor to clients past and present.

My hobbies include real estate investment, hiking and High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) at the gym.
