Selina

Works closely with clients and their teams to provide timely, accurate measurement and reporting on progress. Selina is the one who gets things done, quickly and accurately. Selina will quickly check our logic.

Tony Immarrone Formal Attire

Tony

As General Manager at RDA my role is to provide daily support to all facets of the business including administration, systems management, recruitment and human resources, and finance. I am the “glue” that binds the whole firm together. My friendly and outcome focussed approach to the role is appreciated and I am seen as a mentor to those who work closely with me.

Jordan

Is the daily go to person for many of our growing clients and their teams. Jordan’s constant energy and ownership to contribute to better outcomes is a key skill of Jordan’s. Jordan will model data in an almost super-human manner.

Hamish

Is the calm person in our team who gets things done, whether it’s getting data together for Selina or updating clients on their performance Hamish is in his zone. Hamish will get jobs done quickly with zero fuss.

Fiona

Takes enormous pride in delivering a clear and accurate job for our clients. Fiona is a true quiet professional, however there isn’t very much Fiona doesn’t see. Fiona is the person we go to when we need something complex and/or messy turned into a nice neat piece of work.

Taranjeet

As an intermediate accountant at RDA, Taran brings a strong foundation of accounting expertise coupled with a proactive mindset for tackling complex challenges. Taran collaborates seamlessly with our client managers and General Manager, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a relentless commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes. With a focus on continuous growth, Taran leverages every opportunity to expand her knowledge and contribute to the success of our clients and the RDA team.

Rickie

As a graduate accountant at RDA, Rickie has an insatiable hunger for knowledge and makes the most out of every opportunity to advance her tax knowledge. Rickie works closely with our client managers and our General Manager to ensure that no stone is left unturned when it comes to client satisfaction.

Saadat

Is always actively thinking, whether its making data flows more efficient or how to improve a client experience. Saadat works to improve the presentation and efficiency of RDA and our clients’ technology. Saadat is the person we go to when we are told “it can’t be done” to help us find “how it can be done”.

Daisy

Daisy always has a smile on her face and gives a 100% to everything Daisy undertakes. Daisy pulls all the work the rest of the team together and makes sure everything is up to date and on point. Daisy is the person we go to make things happen right.

Erin

Works closely with Daisy to provide the best support and administration needs for the team at RDA. Erin is the first face you see at our reception counter and is usually the first voice on the other end of our phone line!

Buster​

Whilst I do show a natural favouritism to anyone who gives me a cheeky treat here or there I will show love to the whole team and clients alike. It’s a great team, with some just a little greater than others-hint to those who haven’t yet brought in dog treats.

Lucas

Is our front of house who will greet you when you come to the office or call us. Lucas will always help you to feel welcome and get you the answers you need to keep the day moving.

Empowering people to grow in business is why I took over RDA in 2013. Having enjoyed a diverse working background between Australia and the UK, I’ve had the privilege to work with brilliant minds and learn a lot of corporate business tricks. I love working as a team to give small business owners a competitive advantage.

In my “thinking time” I enjoy being around fellow motorsport enthusiasts, tennis players and golfers. I value learning and evolution. With a curious mind, I actively look for opportunities to grow and learn about new skills and gain knowledge from people who are exceptional in their chosen pursuits.

My career in business services has been through six different professional services firms, all with a different but systematic approach to dealing with SMEs. I was director of one of those firms, which I founded in late 2010 and grew organically. Over time I have dealt with various issues for clients and in managing my own business including leasing, industrial relations, finance, and dispute resolution to name a few. I have learnt that a business owner needs to be consistent with their approach and always “on guard” for matters as and when they may arise.

I joined the RDA team in 2024 to assist in my areas of strength as detailed above. Outside of work I tutor at the Workers’ Educational Association of South Australia (WEA), and I also privately tutor to an array of students. I am also a personal and business mentor to clients past and present.

My hobbies include real estate investment, hiking and High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) at the gym.

I’ve been with RDA since I graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies. I’m passionate about the underlying numbers and business improvement. I am always keen to help a client overcome a challenge and work towards learning and improving. I’m passionate about business improvement and optimising performance through efficiency gains. I have found myself doing complex business scenario modelling for client decision making, which I am really enjoying. I enjoy the human aspects of how we work with the people our clients grow with. Whether it’s implementing a new system into your business, or optimising an existing one, I love to solve complex problems and making your business work for our great clients. Outside of work I enjoy staying active, by going to the gym and playing hockey. I like spending time outdoors with friends and to balance life out I also appreciate some indoors time playing video games.

Hamish Burns

I am an ambitious young accountant who is focussed on building my skills, knowledge & experience in accounting and finance. I have a genuine passion for empowering small businesses to  thrive. I enjoy tackling complex financial scenarios head-on, seeking to implement practical and effective solutions. I maintain a calm and composed demeanour with a keen attention to detail that I believe gives clients confidence in what we do together. I am currently completing my studies to become a Chartered Accountant.

Outside of the office, I love staying active by playing football and basketball. I also value quality time with friends and family, cherishing those meaningful connections that are complementary to my professional pursuits.

Master of Accounting and Marketing, CPA, and dedicated financial professional. Since my graduation, I’ve called RDA home, starting my journey in January 2018. Thriving in the dynamic realm of compliance, tax planning, and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, I’ve accumulated valuable experience and knowledge within RDA. Known for my meticulous approach, I bring a wealth of expertise to the team. Beyond the numbers, I find balance through Pilates and the world of Lego. Taranjeet Kaur

Bio

Being a Tax Preparer, I’m always passionate about helping clients optimise their tax situation. My journey in accounting began with a focus on tax preparation, and I aspire to become a recognised tax consultant. I approach my work with energy and dynamism, always focused on achieving results. I am currently studying the CPA course. Beyond the numbers, I find balance through pilates.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and friends and love to go for hiking in my spare time.

A passionate administration professional who thrives to deliver nothing less than excellence in everything that I do. I enjoy building rapport with all and will always welcome you with a big smile.

Erin Lowe

Bio

Enthusiastic and bubbly admin professional with over 6 years experience in the Accounting Industry. I enjoy having a diverse range of experience after growing up in Canberra and moving over to Adelaide in January 2024 to close the distance in my long distance relationship. Currently studying a bachelor of business degree, I enjoy learning new things and upskilling wherever possible, I love a good challenge and seeing where my skills can take me.

In my downtime outside the office I enjoy walks along the beach, reading, spending time exploring all Adelaide has to offer with my partner and socialising with friends.

Manager- First Impressions

Bio

Having been an office dog since I was 12 weeks old, I really love the office life. I get to meet a diverse range of people and be around people all day. I provide support at some strategic review meetings when there is no substitute for dog therapy. My key achievement is training a local postman to bring in a dog treat for me when he delivers the mail. He hasn’t worked out that I am too efficient with my energy to chase him. However, we both have a healthy respect for each other’s stereotypical roles. Outside of office life, I love the outdoors and am very fortunate to live close to the Adelaide Hills, which on a weekend I can be found claiming as my own.

Bio

An experienced Client Services Officer who prides himself on providing the best end to end experience for our clients. Completed a Certificate 3 in Business to expand his knowledge base and further himself into the realm of administration. I truly enjoy being able to investigate and solve difficult problems for my client to reduce potential stress and avoid future problems.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching the AFL and spending time with friends and family, along with playing with my two mini Dachshunds.
